I take great pride in offering my products and services in compliance with the law, ensuring that your journey with me is one of trust and authenticity.

General

  1. The term ‘coaching’, ‘facilitating’ and ‘mentoring’ as used here covers personal support in terms of life coaching, personal coaching, intimacy coaching and participation in workshops, courses and events.

  2. My services are not psychological counselling or any type of therapy, and should not be construed as such.

  3. In return for the fees payable by the client (or by a third party on their behalf), Veronique (“the coach”) agrees to provide the service as described and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below. The client agrees to pay fees for the service on the terms and conditions set out below (in situations where a third party pays the fees, the third party counts as an agent acting on behalf of the client).

  4. The date that the first coaching session takes place shall be deemed to be the start date for the service. Participation by any individual in the first coaching session constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Responsibility & Commitment

  1. Veronique supports the client to achieve the desired outcome for the client by providing insights, exercises and material, being available for questions and motivating the client. However, the client has sole responsibility for any decisions they may make following the coaching, for taking action and for his/her own wellbeing & development. She accepts no liability for the client’s actions, nor for any loss or damage incurred by any client, following commencement of coaching sessions or workshop or event, or for any perceived failure by the client, whether justified or otherwise, to achieve improvement in the quality of life or to achieve their desired outcomes or goals.

  2. If the client needs something or has questions or doubts, he/she communicates about it openly.

  3. The client is aware that some journeys and experiences can be very challenging. The client is self completely responsible for the degree of healing or for the progression on his/her journey. The client will also take full responsibility for his/her own emotions and projections. However, client and coach join for a holistic healing process of the client, and Veronique will do as much as possible within her power to guide the client maximally, to motivate and support him/her with all time, knowledge and experience available at that time.

  4. For sessions including physical contact, the coach takes responsibility for her physical hygiene. She asks the client to do the same. Personal hygiene includes being showered shortly in advance, wearing clean clothes, having no contagious diseases, not using any intense perfumes, etc. We behold the right to refuse clients who have insufficient physical hygiene. She will provide the client with feedback in this case.

  5. In case sessions include partial or complete nudity, we can request additional personal hygiene measures.
