Format:
8-week online men’s group journey
Frequency:
Weekly 2-hour live calls (e.g. every Thursday evening)
Includes:
1x Individual Intake Session (45 min) before the program
6x Weekly Group Sessions (2 h) via Zoom
1x Individual Integration Session (90 min) after completion
Plus:
Weekly bodywork & awareness practices
Individual home assignments based on each man’s process & situation
Ongoing support in a private chat space

🔹 Program Essence
This is a space for men in transition - men who are ready to stop numbing, stop overthinking and start meeting themselves honestly.
Each week you’ll meet other men who are also navigating the chaos of modern life: purpose, shame, sexuality, relationships, boundaries and emotional truth.
Through body-based grounding, psychological reflection and raw dialogue, we explore what it means to be a man who feels, leads and stands in integrity.
Between sessions you’ll receive weekly embodiment and energy-awareness tasks - simple but confronting exercises that help you notice where you leaWeek 2: k energy, where you hide, and where your real power lies.
The group becomes your mirror - a place where you’re not fixed or judged, but seen.

🔹 Structure (8-Week Flow)
**Week 1: Individual Intake (45 min) ++ Orientation & Intention One-on-one session to set focus points, uncover core struggles and align personal goals.
**Week 2: Safety & Trust ++ The Ground of Connection Establishing group safety through body awareness, breath, and honesty. Learning to listen and be seen without fixing.
**Week 3: Awareness & Presence ++ Meeting Yourself Tracking sensations, emotions, and automatic reactions in connection. Understanding projection and responsibility.
**Week 4: Expression & Truth ++ Speaking What’s Real Voice, vulnerability, anger and honesty. Practicing direct expression instead of withdrawal or pleasing.
**Week 5: Boundaries & Polarity ++ Holding Ground in Connection Exploring masculine containment vs. openness. Saying no and yes with clarity. Experiencing feminine reflection without defense.
**Week 6: Power, Sex & Shadow ++ Owning the Fire Entering the deeper masculine field: desire, shame, trauma, vitality. Learning to stay present with intensity instead of collapsing or performing.
**Week 7: Integration & Direction ++ Living from the Core Bringing insights into real life - relationships, purpose, leadership. How to sustain clarity and brotherhood beyond the group.
**Week 8: Individual Coaching (90 min) ++ Personal Integration Deep one-on-one reflection. Review growth, blind spots and next steps.
The journey moves from safety → awareness → truth → polarity → shadow → integration, mirroring the natural unfolding of relational depth.
Each week touches both inner work and interpersonal dynamics, creating embodied insight that men can apply instantly - with partners, colleagues and themselves.

About the Guidance
This journey is led by me, Veronique of Sacred Healing Arts - I am a facilitator who has spent years studying the subtle dynamics between the masculine and the feminine, the body and the psyche.
Through my presence, men are invited to see themselves through a different lens - the feminine one.
Through my feminine presence, I reflect the essence that already lives within every man - the capacity to feel deeply, lead wisely and meet life from truth rather than defense.
My background in embodiment, polarity work and deep psychology allows me to bridge worlds - helping men not only understand themselves, but feel themselves again.
It’s not about fixing or pleasing; it’s about remembering the grounded, connected and creative essence beneath all the noise.
